I 100% recommend mini mall storage in redcliff. If customer service were an Olympic sport, Angela at Mini Mall Storage would have a gold medal and a Wheaties box. She made renting a storage unit weirdly enjoyable—friendly, fast, and somehow made my junk feel important. Place is clean, secure, and run smoother than my morning coffee. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience with Mini Mall Storage in Redcliff. The staff has been incredibly kind and accommodating from the very beginning. When I first reached out, they took the time to check in, ask the right questions, and help me find the perfect storage unit for my needs.
My unit has stayed secure, dry, and completely pest-free. I also really appreciate the 24/7 access through the gate passcode system—it’s a small touch, but I love that it greets you with a friendly “Welcome” when you enter and “Have a great day” when you leave!
This past month has been financially tough, and after one quick and friendly phone call, the staff were able to work with me and reduce my payment for the month. Their kindness and willingness to help truly meant a lot. I’m so thankful for the great service and support from the Mini Mall Storage Redcliff team!

The manager there is amazing. One of the easiest transition I have ever done. I use to go with U haul storage not anymore.

Angela helps me like no other person has ever helped me as a customer service representative she upbeat, friendly and she really knows her stuff. She truly has an incredible personality. Too bad I don't have any problems with Mini Mall storage, because it's an excellent place for my stuff, otherwise I'd be able to talk to her more often LOL. And if a boss is reading this she needs a Raise.
