I needed storage and had the pleasure of working with Michelle. She was extremely helpful, took the time to show me different options, and explained the rental process clearly. Angela helps me like no other person has ever helped me as a customer service representative she upbeat, friendly and she really knows her stuff. She truly has an incredible personality. Too bad I don't have any problems with Mini Mall storage, because it's an excellent place for my stuff, otherwise I'd be able to talk to her more often LOL. And if a boss is reading this she needs a Raise.

I have only been renting for a week now, but so far I can say that the service has been great. The receptionist was very friendly and she got me in immediately to see what size storage unit that would work for me. I was set up in no time. As for my actual storage unit....the lighting is perfect, it is nicely heated and the keypad gated security is absolutely wonderful. In addition the whole place is very very clean all around!! Big thumbs up! 👍 I would highly recommend "Mini Mall Storage" to anyone who wants "Secure, Clean, And Friendly Customer Service" based on my experience so far. I would give five stars however I found it a little expensive initially with deposit fees, taxes etc.....

Upon entering the office, was greeted with such a positive friendly attitude that was so much better than my previous storage experience! My questions were answered promptly, my needs for storage were met, and I left with such a great feeling about my choice, my friend had referred I use this company, I am so glad I did! Even when I called today, I got a personal greeting with my name! The office lady goes above and beyond! I love her overall vibe! If I could rate it ten stars I would!
